Position Summary In this role based in Gurgaon, you will connect with healthcare professionals to build trust through clear, science-based information. You will design and implement a territory plan that reflects the needs of local patients and healthcare providers. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare partners in your territory. - Develop and execute a territory business plan based on customer insight and local patient needs. - Share clear and accurate science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making. - Record and report your activities, outcomes, and customer insights accurately using company systems and tools. - Collaborate with colleagues across functions to address customer needs and enhance patient access. - Continuously grow your knowledge of clinical evidence, market trends, and ways to improve your performance. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution. - Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience in field sales, medical business, or territory management. - Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory. - Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of local languages in Gurgaon is a plus. - Basic digital skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Right to work in India. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare-related roles. - Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and sharing scientific information with healthcare professionals. - Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills. - Ability to use customer insight and simple data to guide your priorities. - Fluency in local languages spoken in and around Gurgaon. - High motivation to learn, adapt, and take on increasing responsibility.
