This role will partner across HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and regional business leaders to develop globally aligned frameworks while ensuring local market relevance and regulatory compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future employee experience for a standalone global orthopedic leader. The position offers high visibility, meaningful impact on employee wellbeing, and the opportunity to influence benefits strategy across multiple regions and markets. Key Responsibilities Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of global health, welfare, and wellbeing programs aligned with company strategy. Support the governance framework for global health, welfare, and wellbeing offerings, ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance across regions. Design and manage enterprise-wide benefits policies, standards, and guidelines related to medical, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness, and wellbeing programs. Partner with regional HR and benefits teams to evaluate market practices and implement competitive, employee-focused solutions. Develop and execute a global wellbeing strategy focused on physical, emotional, financial, and social wellbeing. Manage relationships with global and regional benefits vendors, brokers, consultants, and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and value realization. Monitor benefits trends, legislative developments, and industry best practices to inform program recommendations and future strategy. Analyze program utilization, employee feedback, and market benchmark data to identify opportunities for enhancement and cost optimization. Collaborate with HR communications and change management teams to drive effective employee education, awareness, and engagement. Ensure health, welfare, and wellbeing programs support organizational objectives, employee experience priorities, and inclusion initiatives. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required. Master’s degree, MBA, MPH, or other advanced degree preferred. Experience and Skills: Required: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in global benefits, health and welfare, wellbeing, compensation and benefits, or related HR disciplines.
