This role develops and maintains policies, standards, and procedures governing planning master data and system parameters to ensure data integrity, consistency, and planning effectiveness. The position drives continuous improvement through analytics, business intelligence, and robust governance practices while collaborating with leaders and multi-functional stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain governance for planning parameters, including lead times, lot sizes, reorder points, and sourcing rules. Develop key performance indicator frameworks and performance metrics to measure forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels, planning effectiveness, and master data quality. Analyze sophisticated datasets and deliver actionable insights to improve supply chain and planning performance. Present data-driven recommendations and complex analytical concepts to leadership, business partners, and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with Planning Directors to implement and manage business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions. Lead master data management initiatives and ensure data accuracy, compliance, and standardization across systems. Partner with IT and business stakeholders to support ERP enhancements, data architecture improvements, and system integrations.
