We work on a broad variety of matters under both English and UAE law. Recent deal highlights include: Advising TAQA on the approximately US$1 billion TA’ZIZ Central Utilities Project in Ruwais, Abu Dhabi. Advising the lenders on Masdar’s US$6 billion solar PV and battery storage project in Abu Dhabi, comprising 5.2GW of solar PV and 19GWh of battery storage. Advising on the development of a world-scale lithium processing plant in KEZAD, Abu Dhabi, with a project value exceeding US$1 billion. Advising Wynn Resorts on its multi-billion-dollar integrated resort development on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. Advising Sports Boulevard Development Company on a 25-year district cooling concession for District 03 of Sports Boulevard in Riyadh. Advising Jeddah Central Development Company on the district cooling scheme for the wider Jeddah Central development.
