Mid-Level or Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3 / Level 4) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is hiring for a Mid-Level or Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3 / Level 4) to join the team located in St. Charles, MO! Position Responsibilities: Mid-Level 3: Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria Analyzes and interprets data Provides feedback on assessment results Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans Works under general direction Experienced Level 4: Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria Analyzes and interprets data Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans Works under minimal direction Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) 3+ years of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations 3+ years of experience supporting both internal and external customers across multiple disciplines 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment undefined Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher Experience in a role that required organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, facilitate, and coordinate multiple projects Experience with ordnance or ordnance systems / sub-systems Previous knowledge / experience with using LEAN principles Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements: This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. A final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required. Shift: This role is assigned to 1st shift Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
