As our National Security Consulting business continues to grow, we're looking for exceptional consultants across multiple seniority levels, from Consultant through to Principal Consultant to join us in our London location. By joining our National Security Consulting team, you'll help customers navigate complex business, technology and transformation challenges, delivering innovative solutions that create lasting outcomes. Depending on your experience and level, you'll have opportunities to: Lead and deliver complex consulting engagements and transformation programmes Shape innovative solutions to critical national security challenges Influence senior stakeholders and build trusted customer relationships Drive business change, agile delivery, technical consultancy and programme delivery initiatives Develop new consulting methodologies, tools and approaches Coach, mentor and develop high-performing teams Contribute to business growth, strategy development and capability expansion Play a key role in shaping the future direction of our consulting practice We're interested in speaking with professionals who have experience In: National Security, Defence or Government consulting environments Business Analysis and Business Change Project and Programme Management Agile Delivery Technical Consultancy Product Development and Innovation Research, analysis and strategic problem solving Customer engagement and stakeholder management Team leadership, coaching or mentoring Delivering outcomes in complex, fast-paced environments What you will bring: We're looking for curious, commercially minded and collaborative individuals who thrive on solving complex problems.
