Job Description: Job Family Definition: Partners with the businesses to ensure that the capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused to secure the greatest return on investment for the global company. Gathers financial data and performs financial analyses and reporting (e.g., profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow, pricing, etc.) to influence decisions within the business and to drive cross-business initiatives (e.g., Mergers & Acquisitions). Drives the forecasting process (weekly, monthly, and long term) by analyzing trends within the businesses and ensuring alignment with business- and corporate-wide objectives. Communicates and drives adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the organization's financial goals and policies. Has the fiduciary responsibility to represent financial results correctly both internally and externally. Ensures strong business controls. How will you make your mark: Own the end-to-end Free Cash Flow forecasting and reporting process for the Networking Business Unit. Prepare monthly flash forecasts, quarterly actuals reporting, annual budgets, and related financial analyses. Identify financial risks and opportunities and communicate insights to business and finance stakeholders. Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and support decision-making. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial commitments within tight reporting cycles. Coordinate FP&A planning, forecasting, and reporting calendars across multiple organizations. Communicate key deadlines, deliverables, and milestones to stakeholders and business partners. Manage shared team calendars and facilitate planning and review processes. Support executive and leadership reviews through effective coordination and communication. Drive process improvements that enhance forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement. About you: First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.
