Job Description: Management Level Definition: Applies job knowledge and experience to handle a variety of day-to-day business and operational challenges. Works on moderately complex issues, analyzes information, and helps identify effective solutions. Serves as a knowledgeable team member, providing support, recommendations, and input on projects and process improvements. Makes decisions independently while following established policies and procedures. Assesses unique situations, considers available options, and recommends actions that help achieve business objectives and improve overall operations. Responsibilities: Grow into a Global Order Management SME role, supporting escalations, integration projects, and ongoing system enhancements. Write business requirement documents and review functional system design documents and approved for implementation. Perform system and user acceptance testing (SIT/UAT) , document issues, and work with IT teams to resolve them. Partner with cross-functional teams including Pricing, Customer Service, Logistics, Revenue, and Finance on projects and process improvements. Create process documentation, lead requirements discussions, and develop test plans and test scripts. Support the Global Order Management team by troubleshooting system issues and assisting with escalations. Serve as a backup resource for EDI-related development, testing, and implementation activities. Analyze large volumes of data related to Customer Master and Sales Orders throughout test cycles and deployment. Analyze customer and sales order data to support testing, deployments, and business operations. Track and manage enhancement requests and project activities through JIRA and ServiceNow to ensure timely resolution. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent Typically, 2-4 years' experience using SAP Juniper SKU integration preferred Knowledge and Skills: Ability to apply analytical, statistics and problem-solving skills. Understanding of order management processes and business tools, systems and practices. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
