Position Summary Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk, the North America Regulatory Consultant will be responsible for serving as a subject matter expert on U.S. and Canadian regulatory frameworks impacting banks, fintechs, payments companies, lenders, crypto businesses, gaming platforms, marketplaces, and other regulated industries. This role involves providing deep expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Know Your Customer (KYC), Know Your Business (KYB), fraud, sanctions, beneficial ownership, and broader financial crimes compliance, while bridging regulatory expectations, compliance operations, and product development to ensure Trulioo continues to design and deliver industry-leading solutions. This role is expected to thoughtfully leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, enhance decision-making, and continuously optimize how work is performed. This is a full-time, permanent position based out of our Vancouver or San Diego office on a hybrid model (3 days per week in-office). Candidates located outside a commutable distance of this office may be considered for a fully remote arrangement within Canada or the United States.
