Use recruiting data and stakeholder feedback to find gaps. Propose projects to the Global University PMO with a clear business case, scope, and expected impact. Own projects: Set scope, goals, timelines, and success measures. Get stakeholders aligned, including the University Recruiting Director, Program Leads, recruiters, operations, and technology partners. Roll out automation, tools, and workflow improvements that make global processes work better. Turn successful local practices into scalable standards, playbooks, and templates for all regions. Lead change management through use of AI and documentation, training, and communication with recruiting teams. Report results, adoption, and impact to the Global University PMO and leadership. Data, Reporting & Compliance Keep data accurate in the applicant tracking system, and update candidate steps and status promptly, in real time when possible. Report regularly on progress toward goals, such as hires to goal, conversions, event outcomes, and source of hire. Help Program Managers share these results with the business. Follow all local laws, HP standard operating procedures, and HP policies when sourcing and using recruiting systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in university or early-career hiring Experience planning and running campus recruiting events and building relationships with universities Experience leading or contributing to process-improvement, automation, or cross-functional projects Strong project management skills, including scoping, managing timelines, and reporting
