Job Description: This Presales Leader would scale: Revenue Growth Drive structured funnel reviews and earlier Presales engagement, leading to higher win rates, larger deal sizes, improved pipeline progression, and increased customer coverage. Establish a systematic conversion improvement process through competitive analysis, loss reviews and rapid enablement programs to better compete against Dell, NetApp and speed up feedback loop to BU & GEO Expand pipeline generation through stronger partner engagement, TEC Center initiatives, demand-generation programs, and broader customer reach. People & Capability Development Improve retention and engagement of our highly experienced Presales team through dedicated coaching, career development, and recognition of their direct contribution to revenue. Accelerate DSR ramp-up time and productivity by scaling enablement with reusable qualification guides, discovery frameworks, competitive positioning, value-selling assets and technical playbooks. Create a consistent NWE Presales community through structured best-practice sharing and common ways of working. Scale & Operational Excellence Improve reporting rigor and visibility of Presales business impact, resource utilization, coverage gaps, and cost-of-sales optimization opportunities. Standardize Presales processes across NWE, improving productivity and shortening sales cycles. Replicate successful engagement models already demonstrated in France and the Netherlands, where Presales utilization is highest, to unlock similar growth opportunities across other countries. On top a Presales leader would provide technical leadership at the country level, ensuring: Correct technology mix, stronger positioning of strategic offers, better portfolio adoption and faster market response.
