JOB TITLE Officer - Risk & Compliance | MAF Retail | Supermarket (Express) Kenya ROLE SUMMARY The Officer - Risk & Compliance is responsible for supporting the Store Manager by completing tasks to ensure a safe and secure working environment for all employees, visitors and customers ROLE PROFILE Protect store employees, customers and assets by maintaining a safe and secure environment. Assist in investigations and report writing of any store cases reported. Report direct manager in detail any incidents such as property damage, unusual occurrences, thefts, suspected behaviors and malfunctioning of machinery or equipmen. Apprehend suspected criminals and perform the suspect handling procedures. Liaison with police incase of criminal investigations' at the store level. Ensure regulatory compliance at their respective stores. Conduct training on Safety, shrinkage, compliance etc. To various store departments. Ensure compliance of policies and procedures at the store level. REQUIREMENTS Diploma in Criminology, Security management & related fields. 2 years of related experience in security & compliance management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Highly organized with strong multitasking skills . Good time management skills . Good problem-solving skills .
