Purpose: The primary purpose of this role is to manage the performance of the value stream team at the Costa Rica DS Site and related projects, ensuring that the value stream team operates effectively and efficiently in areas such as safety, quality and compliance, service and cost control. Coordinate all possible resources to ensure the smooth operation of performance management for the value stream team.
