Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech We are searching for the best talent for an Operations Intern Purpose: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to assist with various improvement projects within Operations, Engineering, Quality, Reliability, and other partners. This internship will contribute to manufacturing performance, process improvement, equipment support, documentation, and implementation of site priorities. You will be responsible for: Process Mapping and Improvement: Assist with process performance, identifying issues, and helping coordinate follow-up actions. Collect, organize, analyze, and communicate operational data using Microsoft Excel and other available systems. Technology Integration: Support the exploration / implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance data collaboration and visualization within Operations. Assist with continuous improvement activities focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, equipment reliability, and productivity. Document Best Practices: Create or update work instructions, standard work, reports, presentations, and other manufacturing documentation.
