DP World are recruiting for an Operations Supervisor to join our growing team in Coventry. An Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse and monitoring the productivity of its staff. About The Role How you will contribute afety procedures are adhered to relating to processing and checking Daily completion of management reports etc. Achievement of productivity levels in line with agreed KPI’s Ensure that the team follows correct processes and standards Ensure high standards of hygiene and housekeeping are maintained Provide help and assistance to other departments as and when required Promote a sound employee relations climate for all employees Communicate appropriately with external and internal customers at all times Coach and Mentor operatives and Team Leads Your Key Skills/Experience Good level of Maths and English Team Player Warehouse Operations knowledge People management skills Supervising a team Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Quality systems knowledge - to a reasonable level be able to monitor staff performance and costs within the department (including, but not limited to: time-keeping, quality, productivity, etc.) Travel may be required Compensation DP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
