The Opportunity As an Oracle ERP Cloud Programme Manager, you'll own the successful delivery of complex Oracle transformation programmes, ensuring exceptional outcomes for customers whilst leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams. You'll be the trusted advisor customers rely on to navigate major business change, balancing strategic thinking, programme governance, commercial oversight and delivery excellence. What You'll Bring Proven experience leading large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite transformation programmes. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, delivery performance and fixed-price engagements. Expertise in programme governance, stakeholder management and risk management. Ability to influence senior executives and build trusted client relationships. Experience delivering ERP, HCM or EPM transformation initiatives.
