As Order to Cash Data & Business Analytics Expert within our Global Finance Services Order to Cash team, you'll turn data into insights that improve how we serve customers, collect cash, and run our processes. Main responsibilities: Build and improve dashboards, KPIs, and reports that help teams monitor efficiency, spot deviations, and follow process adherence. Analyze Order to Cash data and share clear, actionable insights with Global Process Leads, Business System Owners, and Hub teams. Translate business needs into Power BI visualizations and turn them into user stories and tasks for developers. Train and support colleagues so that data is understood, trusted, and used in everyday decisions.
