Job Description -Assist VP/AVP with daily department administration , offering general secretarial duties to VP/AVP, arranging other meetings assigned -Prepare department Monthly Report and update department yearly Master Calendar -Assist in analyzing sales and marketing data to support decision-making -Prepare PO & PR for VP, Dept. via SAP, and run relevant summary report and consolidate all department payment and send to Finance -Provide administration support to each department colleague, including visa application, air ticket booking, etc Requirement: -At least 3 years related working experience in administrative support, MNC preferred -Excellent organizational skills and communication skills -Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and MS Office Suite -English can be used as working language Date Posted 29-Oct-2026 Closing Date 03-Nov-2026 AstraZeneca embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
