This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business in transportation. Amazon Shipping is looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial, analytical, and customer-obsessed Account Manager to own relationships with the shipping software integrators and channel partners that connect thousands of shippers to Amazon Shipping. Shipping software platforms are a primary channel through which shippers discover, adopt, and scale on Amazon Shipping. This role owns the partner relationship end to end: bringing new integrators live, keeping existing partners healthy and growing, executing joint go-to-market and co-marketing programs, and carrying partner and shipper feedback back into Amazon's product and technology roadmap to accelerate adoption of new features. Key job responsibilities Account Managers on the Integrator Partnerships team drive partner growth and adoption across six primary areas: - Own end-to-end onboarding of new integrator partners from kickoff through post-launch support, managing plans with measurable success criteria and holding partners and internal teams accountable to timelines. - Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Solutions, Legal, and Finance to unblock technical integration, account setup, certification, and billing configuration. - Serve as primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of integrator partners: manage day-to-day requests and escalations, product adoption, integration health, and shipper experience. - Execute joint go-to-market and co-marketing programs. - Act as the voice of the partner and shipper inside Amazon by building and running a repeatable feedback mechanism that delivers structured, prioritized feature requests and integration pain points to Product and Engineering. - Analyze partner and volume data to identify trends, adoption gaps, and growth opportunities, and surface insights through Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews; improve playbooks and SOPs. A day in the life Manage external relationships with partner teams, handling support escalations and identifying new business opportunities. Evaluate pipeline via salesforce reports and provide timely feedback across internal working teams on net new partner launches. Internal cross functional work across product, commercial, finance, and marketing teams to support Amazon Shipping objectives via partner-led product adoption and co-marketing. Basic qualifications - 3+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software - Experience successfully managing dynamic account portfolios - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations Preferred qualifications - 3+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience - Experience understanding product and technical requirements and interfacing with Product/Technology teams - Experience developing customer relationships and influencing key decision-makers - Experience in partnership marketing Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
