The Position The Opportunity Provide virtual, on-demand strategic guidance and advisory support to global leaders on key People & Culture topics, including talent management, succession, performance, and organizational design. Partner with business leaders to diagnose organizational needs and deliver tailored HR solutions, change management support, and conflict resolution strategies. Consult and train leaders on global People & Culture processes, frameworks, and system rollouts to ensure seamless execution. Evaluate risks and benefits across generalist HR areas to propose fit-for-purpose solutions aligned with labor standards and organizational policies. Analyze HR metrics and business data to deliver actionable insights that drive cultural growth and strategic decision-making. Participate in cross-functional global or regional squads to support major HR initiatives, system launches, and process enhancements. Who You Are You bring 3+ years of progressive HR experience in roles such as HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, or Labor Law consulting. You possess professional fluency in both written and spoken German and English. You demonstrate strong coaching, advisory, and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to build trust across diverse global teams. You bring a solid understanding of employment law principles, agile problem-solving capabilities, and confidence in navigating complex business environments.
