About the role We're scaling from 1,000 → 4,000 employees across 50+ countries, and the complexity of our teams, hubs, and workflows is growing quickly. Our People Partners play a critical role in enabling leads, supporting peeps, and protecting performance and culture as we grow. As a People Partner at ElevenLabs, you'll sit at the intersection of leadership coaching, organisational design, performance, and day-to-day people guidance. You'll be the dedicated People Partner for our entire Revenue organisation across North America and LATAM, working closely with the Revenue leadership team to understand their rhythms, challenges, and talent needs deeply. You'll meet proactively with leads and teams, unblock people issues, and help architect the organisation ahead of scale, with Employee Relations and employment counsel on hand when cases need them. This is a high-impact role for someone who can context-switch quickly, advise with confidence, build trust across functions, and bring clarity and calm to fast-moving environments. You will Act as the dedicated People Partner for Revenue across North America and LATAM, owning the people agenda for the organisation end to end. Partner deeply with the Revenue leadership team to improve team health, performance, talent density, and organizational clarity. Run proactive 1:1 sessions with leads, surfacing issues early and guiding leads
