We are seeking a highly motivated Platform Manager to join our Joints team. The opportunity We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious and highly organised individual to join our Joints Marketing team and support marketing activity across Hip, Knee, Revision and VELYS . This is a hands-on role at the heart of the marketing team. You will work alongside Marketing Managers to turn strategy into action - supporting campaigns, Salesforce communications, faculty activity, product launches and customer engagement, while taking ownership of key areas including Congress planning and our Cement portfolio . This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a broad commercial marketing career within a market-leading orthopaedic business. Key responsibilities: Marketing execution Support Marketing Managers across Hip, Knee, Revision and VELYS to deliver the UK marketing plan. Turn marketing strategy into clear, engaging and impactful activity for customers and the salesforce. Support development of marketing materials, campaigns, presentations and Salesforce communications. Coordinate faculty and customer activities, meetings and educational programmes. Provide day-to-day project management and ensure activities are delivered on time and to a high standard. Congress & events Lead UK Congress planning and execution across the Joints & VELYS portfolio. Coordinate congress strategy, logistics, content, collateral, stand activity and post-event follow-up.
