Supervise the installation, alignment, and assembly of rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, and generators. Ensure all construction and installation activities comply with project specifications, engineering drawings, and industry standards. Conduct site inspections and monitor contractor performance to ensure quality workmanship. Review and resolve technical queries, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and field engineering issues. Witness equipment testing, mechanical completion, and pre-commissioning activities. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, construction teams, and other engineering disciplines to resolve site issues. Verify that Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) requirements are implemented and maintained. Monitor site progress and
