Administer and control the site Permit to Work (PTW) system for construction, commissioning, maintenance, and operational activities. Review permit applications and ensure all required risk assessments, JSA/JHA, and supporting documents are complete before issuance. Issue, suspend, extend, and close work permits in accordance with project and operational procedures. Verify that isolation, lockout/tagout (LOTO), gas testing, and safety requirements are in place before authorizing work. Conduct site inspections to confirm worksite readiness and compliance with permit conditions. Coordinate with Operations, Construction, Commissioning, HSE, and Contractors to manage daily permit activities. Monitor SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations) and ensure potential conflicts and risks are identified and controlled. Maintain
