The role aims to prevent incidents, manage worksite risks, and ensure compliance with project HSE requirements during construction, commissioning, start-up, and operational readiness phases. Administer, implement, and maintain the Project Permit to Work (PTW) system in accordance with project HSE procedures and company standards. Review, verify, and issue permits for construction, commissioning, maintenance, and operational activities. Ensure all permits are supported by approved Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and relevant documentation. Verify that all hazards associated with proposed work activities have been identified and appropriate control measures are in place.
