Prepare procurement schedules aligned with the project master schedule. Identify long-lead items and establish early procurement plans. Ensure procurement activities support overall project milestones. Identify, prequalify, and evaluate suppliers and contractors. Maintain an approved vendor list. Manage supplier performance and resolve commercial issues. Foster strategic relationships with key suppliers. Lead and manage the procurement process for engineering, construction, and project-related materials, equipment, and services. Review project specifications, drawings, and material requisitions to identify procurement requirements. Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing. Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and tender documents. Evaluate technical and commercial bids in coordination with engineering, project, and commercial teams. Conduct supplier prequalification, selection, and performance evaluation.
