The Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMC Senior Construction Engineer (Civil) with a proven track record in overseeing and managing all civil construction activities on ADNOC Onshore projects, ensuring that work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and HSE requirements. The role acts as the PMC's civil engineering representative, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to deliver civil works successfully while minimizing risks and supporting overall project objectives. Construction Management Supervise and monitor onshore civil and structural construction works including earthworks, foundations, concrete structures, roads, buildings, drainage, and underground utilities. Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules. Coordinate daily site activities with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and other discipline teams. Project Control & Coordination Review contractor construction plans, work methodologies, schedules, and resource mobilization. Track construction progress and report deviations, risks, and mitigation plans to the PMC Construction
