The role ensures that EPC contractors, offshore installation contractors, and subcontractors execute construction activities in accordance with approved engineering drawings, project specifications, ADNOC standards, contractual requirements, applicable international codes, and stringent offshore HSE requirements. The position provides technical construction oversight for offshore platforms, jackets, topsides, pipelines, subsea interfaces, brownfield modifications, equipment installation, structural works, piping systems, and associated facilities, as applicable to the project scope. The role coordinates offshore execution with fabrication yards, marine operations, engineering, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure safe and efficient project delivery within approved schedules, quality requirements, and offshore operational constraints.
