Lead the integration of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements into engineering design activities throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct and facilitate HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, QRA, Bow-Tie, and Fire Risk Assessment studies. Identify design-related hazards and ensure effective risk mitigation measures are incorporated into project designs. Apply and promote Safety-in-Design (SiD) and Inherently Safer Design (ISD) principles. Review and approve technical safety deliverables, including safety philosophies, loss prevention philosophies, and risk assessment reports.
