Ensure full compliance with project HSE policies, client requirements, local regulations, and international standards. Monitor and supervise all site construction, commissioning, and startup activities to ensure safe execution. Conduct regular HSE inspections, audits, and workplace assessments to identify hazards and verify compliance. Review and approve Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Risk Assessments (RA), Method Statements, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) documentation.
