Provide technical leadership and oversight of instrumentation, automation, and control system design throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure the successful design, integration, installation, testing, and commissioning of control systems, including DCS, PLC, ESD, SCADA, and F&G systems. Monitor EPC contractor performance and ensure engineering deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. Support safe and reliable plant operations by implementing robust control, monitoring, and safety instrumented systems. Ensure compliance with functional safety requirements, SIL studies, and process safety standards. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities to achieve seamless integration of instrumentation and control systems. Minimize technical risks, resolve engineering issues, and provide effective solutions during design, construction, and commissioning phases. Optimize
