Support the PMC QA/QC function in implementing project quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable international codes and standards. Review contractor QA/QC plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures, method statements, and related documentation. Monitor EPC contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to approved quality systems and contractual obligations. Conduct quality surveillance activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation, and commissioning phases.
