Lead and supervise all site Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities during construction, commissioning, start-up, and project execution phases. Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, client requirements, local regulations, permits, and international standards. Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific HSE plans, procedures, risk assessments, and safe work practices. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety tours to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Review and approve Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Permit-to-Work (PTW)
