Supervise the issuance, monitoring, and closure of work permits for all construction and maintenance activities Ensure permits are issued in accordance with ADNOC PTW procedures and project HSE requirements Verify that all required risk assessments, method statements, and safety documents are attached before permit approval Maintain strict control over simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) activities Coordinate with construction, operations, HSE, and contractor teams before permit issuance Conduct site verification to confirm work conditions match permit requirements Ensure conflicting permits or hazardous activities are identified and controlled Ensure all activities comply with ADNOC HSE standards, PTW procedures, and safety regulations Verify isolation certificates, gas testing results, and safety precautions before issuing permits Stop work if unsafe conditions are identified Supervise the permit office operations and ensure proper documentation control Maintain permit registers, logs, and records for auditing purposes Monitor permit validity and ensure timely suspension, extension, or
