Provide technical and contractual support throughout the project lifecycle, from tendering and contract award to project close-out. Minimize commercial and contractual risks while maximizing project performance and protecting the organization's interests. Ensure timely management of contract variations, claims, disputes, and stakeholder communications to support successful project delivery. Collaborate with project, engineering, procurement, legal, and commercial teams to achieve project and business objectives. Lead the preparation, review, evaluation, and administration of engineering, procurement, construction, and service contracts. Review contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and applicable regulations. Provide contractual advice and guidance to project teams on contract interpretation, obligations, and risk mitigation strategies. Manage contract execution activities, ensuring all contractual commitments are fulfilled by both parties. Oversee the assessment, negotiation, and processing of change orders, variations, and contract amendments.
