The role provides planning expertise, schedule analysis, progress monitoring, and strategic recommendations to support project management decision-making Develop, monitor, and maintain the overall project schedule to ensure alignment with project objectives and milestones. Review and validate EPC contractor schedules, resource plans, progress measurements, and recovery plans. Prepare and update project master schedules, detailed engineering schedules, procurement schedules, construction schedules, and commissioning schedules. Monitor project progress and identify schedule deviations, delays, and potential risks. Perform critical path analysis and recommend corrective actions to maintain project timelines. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project control teams to ensure schedule integration. Develop project progress measurement systems and key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, and management presentations. Analyze project performance against planned progress and provide forecasts for project completion. Support the development of project execution plans, work breakdown
