Act as the primary interface between the project team, construction contractors, and operations personnel. Coordinate site activities to ensure alignment between project execution and operational requirements. Facilitate operational readiness, commissioning, start-up, and handover activities. Review and resolve site interface issues, risks, and conflicts impacting operations. Ensure compliance with HSE, permit-to-work, and operational procedures. Coordinate shutdowns, tie-ins, and brownfield modification activities where applicable. Support stakeholder communication and progress reporting. Participate in site inspections, walkdowns, and readiness reviews. Ensure all project deliverables, documentation, and training requirements are completed before handover.
