Facilitate seamless integration of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up activities across all project phases. Establish and maintain an Interface Management System to identify, track, and resolve interface issues in a timely manner. Minimize project risks, delays, and cost impacts arising from interface conflicts or communication gaps between stakeholders. Ensure clear definition of interface responsibilities, boundaries, deliverables, and ownership among project participants. Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Interface Management Plan and Interface Register. Identify, document, and manage interfaces between engineering disciplines, EPC contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and client teams. Coordinate and facilitate interface meetings to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of interface issues. Establish clear interface boundaries, responsibilities, and communication channels among all stakeholders. Monitor and track interface actions, ensuring timely closure of outstanding issues and mitigation of potential risks. Review engineering deliverables, drawings, and technical documents to identify interface conflicts and integration challenges. Coordinate multidisciplinary activities involving
