About the Role We are seeking a motivated and organised PMO Analyst to support the delivery of Project Management Office (PMO) services across projects, programmes and accounts within the UK&I PPM function. The role will support the consistent application of PMO standards, processes and controls while developing knowledge and experience across governance, reporting, planning, RAID management, resource management and financial administration. Working alongside PMO Leads, PMO Managers and delivery teams, the PMO Analyst will contribute to the production of high-quality management information and help ensure effective project and programme controls are maintained. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting successful delivery outcomes while building a strong foundation in PMO and project management disciplines. Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day delivery of PMO services across assigned projects, programmes and accounts. Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, dependency logs, milestone plans and governance documentation. Assist with the preparation of governance packs, dashboards, reports and management information. Support governance meetings through meeting coordination, minutes, action tracking and follow-up activities. Update and maintain project schedules, resource information and project control documentation. Perform quality checks on PMO data and reporting, ensuring information is complete, accurate and up to date. Support risk, issue and dependency management processes by maintaining records and escalating concerns where appropriate. Assist with financial administration activities, including timesheet tracking, purchase order administration
