As part of the Learning & Development team you will work closely with business leaders and HR staff to consult, design, develop, deliver, manage and analyze learning experiences for associates. You will play a critical role in making sure our learning experiences are designed with user and business objectives in mind. We are looking to add a talented individual to our team to help us manage our growing portfolio of learning programs and events! In this role you will create and communicate the product vision for the learning technology you own. You will be responsible for working from the customer backwards to make sure the product provides the optimal user experience. You will partner with vendors, HR Tech, business leaders, and learning stakeholders from across the organization to manage the product backlog and feature requests. In addition, the Associate who fills this role should have a focus on delivering efficient, reliable, resilient, scalable, and high performing solutions. Responsibilities Collaborate with internal partners across Capital One’s lines of business and within HR to support meeting the organization's development needs. Work on individual and team projects, own and solve problems, and partner to design and implement new processes Measure impact. You will identify the meaningful measurement for the product, track and iterate accordingly sharing with stakeholders. Identify performance gaps and determine the cause in order to recommend the most appropriate learning solutions. Vendor/Relationship Management as required. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Plano, TX: $98,900 - $112,900 for Learning Consultant Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
