About the Team Workday's Global Customer Operations Enablement team translates GTM Strategy into high performance at scale. About the Role We are seeking a highly qualified Principal Enablement Architect.This isn't just a senior individual contributor role; it's a pivotal opportunity to drive how we transform our Revenue organization’s performance across skill, process, tool, and revenue leadership development efforts. This position offers a compelling blend of strategic thought leadership, hands-on enablement program design, and innovative technology integration to achieve unprecedented efficiency and revenue impact. About the Role: This critical role combines strategic leadership with expert execution, focusing on two key areas: Functional Enablement Strategy & Architecture (50%): You will be one of our functional enablement architects driving our revenue enablement strategy. In this capacity, you will likely focus deeply on 1-2 major strategic projects at a time. These projects will span across one or more of our four key domains: skill development, process optimization, tool adoption, and revenue leadership development. You will evaluate, structure, and constantly evolve these targeted enablement programs to meet the dynamic needs of our diverse Sales Development, Pre-Sales, Sales, and Customer Success audiences. You will champion best-in-class, AI-powered enablement solutions and rapidly evolve our GTM strategies working alongside Revenue Operations and Go-to-Market leadership. Expert Enablement Program Authoring and Management (50%): While driving functional strategy within your project domains, you'll also apply your deep performance consulting and learning design expertise to build and deliver highly complex, strategic, and engaging enablement experiences. You will create and manage a portfolio of innovative online, blended, instructor-led and AI-powered solutions, demonstrating mastery of modern enablement platforms.
