Process Coordinator II, Litigation Operations Team Capital One’s Litigation Operations (LitOps) team is searching for a self-driven and innovative colleague to facilitate its litigation intake function. LitOps manages the critical operational aspects for a team of more than 100 attorneys and legal professionals who are responsible for providing legal advice to the businesses and protecting Capital One’s assets and reputation. The litigation intake function is a high-volume space that originates litigation matters in a system of record via numerous channels. It is a crucial component of the life cycle of managing the litigation risk facing the company and requires sound judgement, efficiency and the ability to partner effectively with attorneys and other legal professionals. Primary Responsibilities Manage numerous channels for the service of process and expediently assess the nature of complaints to route accordingly Interact with attorneys and legal professionals to appropriately direct litigation matters Optimize workflows and leverage available technology to enhance productivity Assist with team administrative functions, reporting, and special projects (as needed) This role is designated as a hybrid position. You are expected to adhere to Capital One's hybrid policy regarding required on-site presence at your designated office location. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification At least 1 year of experience in Google Workspace and Excel Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or military experience 1+ years of experience in a law firm or legal department 1+ years of experience in financial services industry Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and time management At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization, or offer any immigration related support for this position (e.g. H1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, TN, E-3, and O-1, or any other forms of work authorization that require immigration support from an employer). The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. McLean, VA: $62,500 - $71,300 for Process Coordinator II Richmond, VA: $56,800 - $64,800 for Process Coordinator II Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
