## Description

As part of our Global Business Support team in Bucharest, you will bridge the gap between how processes are designed and how they actually run — turning data into clarity and clarity into action. We are building a SAP Signavio Process Transformation Center of Excellence, and we need someone who combines modeling rigor with analytical curiosity. If you want to shape how a global organization works, this role is for you. What You'll Do - Build and maintain BPMN 2.0 standard process models in SAP Signavio Process Manager, from value chain to detailed level. - Define and enforce modeling conventions, including architecture, naming, versioning, and publication standards. - Connect standard models to process mining data and measure conformance against real execution. - Analyze deviations, rework, non-compliant paths, and SLA breaches to identify root causes and business impact. - Lead conformance reviews with Global Process Owners and Process Leads, and drive improvement actions. - Facilitate workshops, coach business modelers, and run training sessions to build user autonomy across GBS. - Contribute to the CoE operating model, governance framework, templates, and cross-geography rollout roadmap. What You Bring - 3 to 5 or more years of experience in business process management, process modeling, or process mining. - Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Manager, including model creation and workshop facilitation. - Strong command of BPMN 2.0 and process architecture principles. - Experience with conformance analysis or a genuine appetite to develop this skill quickly. - Ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, from technical specialists to business leaders. - Fluent English and strong written and verbal communication skills. - A plus: SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, basic SQL or SIGNAL, French, or certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or SAP Signavio. Location Bucharest, Romania. This role is hybrid, combining remote flexibility with on-site collaboration.
