Friday 6:00 -13:30 Afternoons - 14.30 - 23.00 Monday to Thursday. Friday 14.30 - 22.00 In the Manufacturing team at JLR’s Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC), you’ll help power iconic electric cars. As part of our Battery Operations team, you'll lead critical battery triage activities, helping to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality operations within a rapidly evolving manufacturing environment. As a Battery Triage Process Leader, you'll be at the centre of operational performance, leading teams, coordinating battery disposition activities and driving continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to work with pioneering technologies, develop your leadership capability and make a meaningful impact on the production systems that support the next generation of JLR vehicles. WHAT TO EXPECT You'll provide front-line leadership within the Battery Triage Area, creating an environment where safety, teamwork and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything you do. Working closely with teams across the business, you'll help deliver operational excellence while supporting people to grow and succeed.
