Job ID: 6563 Process Specialist under education (temporary position for three months) We are looking for a Process Specialist under education in Daily Banking Services Corporate for temporary position (from December 2026 till the end of January 2027 – peak period). What you’ll be doing Main responsibilities in this role: Handling tasks related to maintain services, deliver reports, etc. Gaining process knowledge in order to provide required service level Actively developing yourself Who you are This is the right role for you if you enjoy working with structured processes, keeping things organized and making sure daily operations run smoothly. You are curious, accurate and solution-oriented, and fast learner. You communicate clearly, take ownership of your tasks and feel comfortable cooperating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results on time. Your background and skills include: We are looking for someone with practical experience in operational processes, strong attention to detail and the ability to work with documentation, controls and continuous improvements in a structured way. Good understanding of documentation standards, operational controls, risk awareness and quality assurance in day-to-day processes. Strong communication skills and confidence in working with stakeholders across teams to clarify requirements, follow up on actions and ensure timely delivery.
