Job ID: 6991 Process Specialist under education (temporary, 1-year position) We are looking for a full-time employee who is eager to learn banking operations, develop new skills, and contribute to delivering high-quality services to Nordea customers. About our team Meet the Daily Banking Processing FI 2 team. Our role is to professionally and efficiently support Nordea customers throughout their banking journey while continuously improving the customer experience. Our team is part of Daily Banking Services within Operations. We work closely with stakeholders across Nordea, especially in Finland, and support customer lifecycle processes. We focus on delivering high-quality services, ensuring smooth daily operations, and continuously improving our ways of working. Main responsibilities in this role: Learning and executing banking processes in line with established procedures and quality standards Handling daily operational tasks within agreed timelines and quality requirements Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across Nordea, especially with Finnish partners Identifying and proposing improvements that increase efficiency and reduce risk and cost Building knowledge and expertise within your area of responsibility Who you are This is the right role for you if you: Are a fast learner Can plan your daily work and execute tasks with high quality Are improvement oriented Understand the importance of team work and great collaboration Your background and skills include: English (spoken & written) on good communicative level (at least B1) as we use it on daily basis Solution-oriented mindset Great eye for detail Computer literacy including MS Office Tools It would be ideal if you also: Worked with some Finnish applications before Are familiar with CMS Are good at excel What we offer People come here when they want to get somewhere.
