Joining the Growth team means designing the monetization engine behind that growth: every element you ship is measured in revenue. Who we are looking for Everyone at Higgsfield is an A-player. We’re looking for teammates who bring: Strong product thinking and a deep understanding of product logic, user states and how design affects conversion and revenue. The ability to think in scenarios, not screens: who sees what, when and why. A sense of balance in user communication: honest with the user, but never underselling the product. A drive to move fast, iterate constantly and scale what works. Readiness to thrive in a high-intensity startup environment, where priorities shift fast. The ability to collaborate closely with PMs, analysts and engineers. What you will work on Design revenue-critical experiences: paywalls, pricing pages, checkout, upsells and subscription flows. Design onboarding and in-product communication that is clear, honest and makes the path to purchase simple. Map out user states across cohorts, plans and lifecycle stages. Even a single banner can have 6–7 variations, and you decide who sees which one. Work with PMs and analysts to turn data and experiment results into design decisions. Build rapid prototypes, run A/B tests and scale winning ideas. Craft clear, high-quality UI for web and mobile within the Higgsfield design system. Your must haves A portfolio of launched consumer products (B2C, subscription or AI products are a big plus). Experience designing paywalls, onboarding, pricing or other monetization flows. Experience with A/B testing and an understanding of conversion and retention metrics. Strong UX and logic skills: you can design complex state systems, edge cases and user scenarios. Solid visual design skills. Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team.
