Meet the Team The Cisco Wireless Core RF & Networking PM team is responsible for driving the software strategy for technologies that makes the wireless network work. The charter ranges from RF technologies and networking to IoT solutions and location applications as well. The team works cross functionally across routing, switching and security teams to deliver solutions to customers ranging from small to large deployments. Your Impact As a Product Manager for Cisco Wireless, you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative wireless networking solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches globally. The PM will focus on core RF technologies and associated features. Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Cisco Wireless solutions aligned with market trends and customer requirements. Lead product lifecycle management from concept through launch and post-launch support. Collaborate with engineering teams to translate customer needs into detailed product requirements and specifications. Work closely with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market plans, competitive positioning, and enablement materials. Analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks. Drive cross-functional alignment and communication to ensure timely delivery of product milestones. Manage relationships with key customers and partners to gather insights and validate product direction. Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors + 8 years, or Masters + 6 years, or PhD + 3 years of related experience in Product Management. Experience in Wireless technologies (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ZigBee, UWB) Experience with network and change management for deployments Experience defining a product roadmap and requirements Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional engineering projects. Preferred Qualifications CWNA/CWDP/CWSP/CWNE Bonus points for deployment and design experience. Familiarity with software development lifecycle Why Cisco?
