The Product Management team as part of the Transformation and Remediation function is responsible for developing the technology vision and roadmap for the Global Procurement organization. We work closely with key business stakeholders and technology partners to align on vision and strategy to create and deliver end to end user-centric solutions to capture value across the source to pay process. Translate regulatory, business and operational requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and release plans, ensuring traceability from intake to determination, onboarding, payment and offboarding. Drive solution design across procurement, human resources and risk platforms by aligning data models, interfaces, approval flows, worker records and control points for contingent workforce processes. Lead workshops with business, compliance and technology teams to define target processes for worker classification, statement of work, supplier governance, onboarding, access management and audit readiness. Support implementation, testing, rollout and post-go-live stabilisation for platform changes, including external workforce tools, integration delivery and transition into business-as-usual support. Your skills and experience Strong product management capability in procurement technology (such as Ariba, SAP, Coupa, Sirion), with the ability to convert complex business and regulatory requirements into implementable solutions, prioritised backlogs and measurable delivery outcomes. Hands-on experience with external workforce or contingent workforce platforms, including SAP Fieldglass, Beeline or Workday-related workforce components, with exposure to worker classification or off-payroll compliance processes. Solid interoperability knowledge across procurement, human resources, finance and risk systems, including application programming interfaces, data mapping, workflow orchestration, approvals and master-data alignment. Strong procurement domain expertise across source-to-pay, supplier management, statement of work, contract controls, invoicing and third-party risk, with the ability to connect process, policy and technology design.
