We are seeking a Product Manager to lead a strategically important Surgery portfolio in Türkiye. The role will shape portfolio strategy, own commercial performance, accelerate market development, and influence key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem. Working closely with local, regional, and cross-functional teams, the Product Manager will play a critical role in accelerating business growth while building strong customer engagement and delivering value for patients and healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Define and execute portfolio strategies that drive sustainable growth, market leadership, and long-term value creation. Act as the strategic business owner for the assigned portfolio, with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, market share, and key performance indicators. Lead annual business planning, forecasting, pricing, demand planning, and product lifecycle management in close partnership with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring disciplined resource allocation, measurable impact, and strong return on investment.
